Purchase Agreement

Store Policy
 
Salon Spa Furniture will work with you to have any issue with your purchase resolved by working with the product manufacturer. Contact Salon Spa Furniture at 877-604-8207.

We have some conditons that are required to be followed when purchasing from Salon Spa Furniture to avoid wrongful chargebacks. This agreement is a contract between the buyer and the seller for the purchase of any product you order from us before we can correct any issue.

Delivery times: We will try our best to ship out your order in a timely matter. The lead time for shipping doesn't always include the day the order is placed. Most items are shipped within 1-5 business days sometimes 1-8 weeks for custom or special order items.

Heavy, Bulky, or Fagile and items: When your online order is too heavy, bulky, or fragile to be shipped by UPS Ground shipping and therefore would need to be shipped by a freight truck. We will contact you as soon as possible with a trucking quote. In order to keep the freight charges at a minimum, it is best to have your order delivered to a commercial address. Please note that all freight shipping orders will be delivered to the curb, unless the option of inside delivery is selected at additional cost.

Please Note: Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. The shipping charges shown on the check out page are an estimate only. If your shipping charges are insufficient to cover the shipping costs of your order. We will contact you should additional fees be needed.


Backorders
Occasionally we have to backorder an item. You will be contacted by a sales person. No additional shipping is charged on backordered items. We automatically ship backorders that can be filled within one month of the order being placed.

Correcting Mistakes-
Occasionally we make a mistake filling an order. If this happens to you, please phone or email us and we will take care of the problem immediately. If a return or exchange has to be made because of our mistake, all shipping costs will be covered. It is a good idea to open and inspect your order when you receive it. If an item has been damaged in shipping, please keep the item and save all packaging materials. Call or email us right away.

Cancellation Policy: Canceled orders are subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee.


Return Policy: All sales are final, and all prices are subject to change without notice.

Defects: Manufacturer will replace all defected products at no additional cost to our customers. All defective items returned are inspected to validate the complaint of the defect. We carefully inspect all returned items that are claimed to be defective. Any item that is defective upon our inspection will be promptly replaced. Note: You must obtain a Return Authorization Number to return an item
 
 
Note: If any returned items that are found to be in normal working order and not defective, that same item will be returned to you after a new shipping fee is paid to us by you.  This only applies to items sent back to us that are claimed to be defective but that item actually is not defective at all.
 
 
Return Merchandise Authorization
Aproved Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to manufacturer and Salonspafurniture.net restrictions. All product returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] number issued by Salonspafurniture.com. Contact Salon Spa Frniture at 877 604-8207.

IMPORTANT: Any returned items without a return authorization number will be rejected upon receipt. Salon Spa Furniture will not be responsible for such items. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Unauthorized or Refused Items
Salonspafurniture.com cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number will be refused at our facilities and will be returned to the sender. Salon spa furniture will charge a minimum 35% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges for shipments refused or returned by the customer. We can accept some merchandise for  returned for up to 30 days from the date you originally received. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of customer delivery receipt. Additional charges may apply if all products are not returned in the original and unopened packing.
 
Site Security: When you?re ready to buy something from us, you will be taken to our merchant processor such as PayPal or if you select Google Checkout you will see a closed padlock on the browser?s status bar, before you enter your personal and financial information. When you?re asked to provide payment information, the beginning of the Web site?s URL address should change from http to shttp or https, indicating that the purchase is encrypted or secured.

As mentioned above, the "lock" icon means that it is nearly impossible for your credit card number to be stolen "in transit" across the Internet. Salon Spa Furniture use third-party payment companies like PayPal  and Google Checkout to provide a way for you to purchase from us online by credit card without actually giving your credit card number to a sales person. Instead, PayPal and Google handles the finances, and gives the money to the Salon Spa Furniture after collecting a small processing fee. PayPal and Google will keep your information secure and avoid or quickly correct any security problems that do occur.


Warranty Information: All equipment and salon furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty, which cover your equipment if something does goes wrong. Further information on service or repair, both within and beyond any warranty period will be provided with your purchase or you can contact us or the manufacturer directly to learn more.

Warranty service is provided by the product manufacturer.
1) The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from the manufacturer.
2) DO NOT warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, and laminated materials.
3) Our limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use or alteration.
4) All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at the manufacturer's discretion.
5) Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers, or, not authorized by the product manufacturer may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties. Please contact your product manufacturer for more info.

Accessories and replacement parts are available for purchase on select equipments.

WAIVER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You hereby acknowledge that the warranty provided herein and the accompanying obligations and liabilities of Salon Spa Furniture are exclusive and you hereby waive all other remedies, warranties, guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, whether or not occasioned by the negligence of {Store_Name}. You acknowledge by your use of {Store_Name}??products that your use of the products and any reliance upon them is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with Salon Spa Furniture 's products.

Salon Spa Furniture  HAS PRICED ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT Salon Spa Furniture WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS, ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR ITS USE.

Follow all instructions and heed all warnings accompanying any product ordered from the Site.

YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN IN ANY LAWSUIT WITH ANOTHER PERSON OR SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST Salon Spa Furniture  ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS ORDERED VIA THE SITE.

EMAIL RECEIPT
After you place an order by means of this site, you should receive an email acknowledgment within one business day to confirm that Salon Spa Furniture  has accepted your order and is processing it. The email will contain the details of your order, the itemized and total amounts that will be billed to your credit card, including all applicable taxes and other charges. Please review this receipt carefully to confirm that we properly understood your order.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD COMPLETELY HARMLESS Salon Spa Furniture FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS??FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED VIA THE SITE.
