How soon can I get my equipment?
Delivery times vary, but we do keep alot of our most popular items in stock, ready to ship. As long as all your items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. For large orders please allow couple of days for us to setup your order. We will try our best to ship out your order in a timely matter. The lead time for shipping doesn't include the day the order is placed.
What does freight shipping or ship by trucking mean?
When the option of ship by trucking appears, this means that your order is too heavy, bulky, or fragile to be shipped by UPS Ground shipping and therefore would need to be shipped by a freight truck. When you check out, a charge would not appear under shipping, but this does not mean that shipping is free of charge. This means that we will contact you as soon as possible with a trucking quote. If you agree to the trucking charges, we would then add a shipping charge to your order. We would only charge you after your order has been sent out and if you agree to the trucking charges. In order to keep the freight charges at a minimum, it is best to have your order delivered to a commercial address. Please note that all freight shipping orders will be delivered to the curb, unless the option of inside delivery is selected at additional cost.

Yes, All equipment and salon furniture comes with a limited 1-year warranty, which cover your equipment if something does goes wrong. Warranty service is provided by the product manufacturer.
The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from the manufacturer.
DO NOT warrant on color variation over wood, fabric, and laminated materials.
Our limited warranty does not cover the damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use or alteration. All warranties are limited to repair or replacement, to the original purchaser, and remain at the manufacturer's discretion.
Accessories and replacement parts are available for purchase on select equipments.
Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers, or, not authorized by the product manufacturer may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties.
What is your cancelation policy?
Canceled orders are subject to a minimum 25% cancellation fee.
What is your return policy and how are returns made?
All sales are final, and all prices are subject to change without notice.
Defects: Manufacturer will replace all defected products at no additional cost to our customers.
Salon Spa Furniture will work with you to have the items replaced or any issue resolved by working with the manufacturer.
